Placing an order
we can discuss your requirements over the phone...via email...or in person if you live nearby our workshops in norfolk and cambridgeshire. at that time we will make arrangements with you to gather specific fabrics for your commission along with any other information needed to create personalised illustrations...for example photographs.
orders normally require a 4 week production period from the design consultation to delivery of the finished piece. some special requests may take longer but we will advise you of this at the time of the order so that you are happy with the timescale of the project.
a 50% deposit is payable to confirm your order once you are happy with the design proposals and the remaining balance is then required 10 days prior to the delivery date.
the table below charts the pieces that we currently create for customers...if there is something else that you would like us to make for you please just ask as we are always interested in working in new formats...if we can put our heads together and come up with a plan for you we'll certainly try our best!

dimensions shown above are a guide and may be tailored to your requirements. all items incorporate a penny to mark either the year of the celebrated event or year of production along with a nest label. care instructions are also included.
each item is carefully inspected and gift wrapped with fondest wishes and a handmade card before journeying to its destination. we will provide you with a delivery quote at the time of your order.
